Cynthia Ho

Cynthia Ho is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investor relations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Formation at Harbert Management Corporation since April 2025, Cynthia leads all operational aspects of fundraising, marketing, and communications for the firm's funds and products. Prior to this role, Cynthia was a Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors from February 2016 to December 2024, focusing on institutional fund placement across various asset classes while overseeing origination and project management. Previous positions include roles in private capital advisory at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, fundraising and investor relations at Actis, and investment banking at Deutsche Bank with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from UNSW and completed an exchange semester in Law at Københavns Universitet.
