Anthony Cosgrove is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at [Harbr](/org/harbr). Prior to joining [Harbr](/org/harbr), Anthony was the Global Head, Intelligence Technology at [HSBC](/org/hsbc) where they refined and evolved the 'big data' intelligence capabilities to expand usage across the organisation and deliver increased ROI whilst enabling critical strategic priorities. Anthony has also worked as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst at the UK [Ministry of Defence](/org/army-hq) where they provided strategic intelligence assessments on matters of national security for senior members of the British Government including the Prime Minister, Defence Secretary and Home Secretary.

Prior to joining [Harbr](/org/harbr), Tom was the UK Regional Integrated Go-to-Market and Sales Director at [Experian](/org/experian) from March 2020 to March 2021. Tom was also the Managing Director UKI B2B at [Experian](/org/experian) from June 2013 to December 2020, where they had product, p&l, and leadership responsibility for a mixed data, software, and analytics business portfolio with revenues of c$500m. Prior to their role at [Experian](/org/experian), Tom was the global consulting head of market development at Capgemini Consulting from January 2007 to June 2013. Tom was also a Capgemini UK board member from January 2007 to August 2011.
