Donna Wiser

Donna Wiser is an experienced ticketing and box office operations professional with a robust career spanning several entertainment organizations. Currently serving as Ticket Administrator for the Harlem Globetrotters since October 2023, Wiser previously held the position of Patron Services Manager at The Florida Orchestra, where expertise in the Tessitura Ticketing system was utilized. Prior roles include Director of Box Office Operations at Feld Entertainment, overseeing box offices across the U.S., and Ticket Operations Manager for Atlanta Beat-WUSA, focusing on stadium management and ticket inventory. Wiser began a career in ticket operations as Assistant Manager of Box Office Operations with the Atlanta Hawks and gained foundational management experience at Turtles Records and Tapes.
