Sheena Mangaroo-Pillay

Sheena Mangaroo-Pillay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, sustainability, and philanthropy. Currently serving as a Sustainability Project Manager & Reporting for Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since October 2021, Sheena oversees various sustainable development initiatives and educational projects. As a self-employed individual since 2006, Sheena has been actively involved in philanthropy, implementing feeding schemes and educational support programs. Formerly a business owner at Bult Liquors and engaged in governance and sustainable development management at AngloGold Ashanti from 2009 to 2021, Sheena has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, human resources, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Sheena held architectural project management roles early in her career. Educationally, Sheena holds an MBA in Business Administration from North-West University and various diplomas in management and project management.
