Yvonne Rickert joined Harmony Senior Services in May of 2019. Yvonne has over 30 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry. Yvonne started as VP of Human Resources in the skilled nursing arena and has spent the last 17 years at LCS as an Officer level Human Resource & Operations professional. She served as a key member of the senior living executive leadership team for multiple community portfolios including Life Plan, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Yvonne was responsible for the HR business partner support of the LCS community portfolio and the HR professionals that support the day to day operations of the Life Care Services operations portfolio. She created and led the Talent Acquisition team, also the LCS Assurance Program, and championed their employee experience initiatives. Working alongside Operations, she successfully on boarded over 100 communities including the development and disengagement of many. Yvonne is a national presenter and sits on the Board of SHINE and also the Workforce Development Committee at Argentum. Prior to LCS, she worked in various other health care companies and was an entrepreneur, owning two woman’s retail boutiques along the CT shoreline. She holds a graduate degree in Human Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.
