Jennifer Gordievsky

Jennifer Gordievsky serves as the Director of Talent & Engagement at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, leading organizational growth and talent management initiatives. As Principal Consultant and Owner of Momentum Talent, Jennifer provides human resource solutions for private schools and organizations across the United States. Previous roles include Managing Director of Operations & Human Resources at Anneliese Schools, Senior Manager at BASIS.ed overseeing talent acquisition, and Principal at Amerischools Academy, where a major turnaround was implemented. With extensive experience in educational leadership and human resources, Jennifer has contributed to various institutions as an educator and coach. Jennifer holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California and a Master's in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University.
