Salih Sevgican

Salih Sevgican is a Co-Founder and Head of Mobile Development at Harpeon since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in mobile and backend development. Previously, Salih held positions as an Android Developer at Sociable, Inc., Solid-ICT, and Solid-ICT A.Ş., specializing in Kotlin/Java and NodeJS/Mongo, and contributed to AI research focused on WebRTC Video Call Optimization. A former Research Assistant at the University of Oulu, Salih studied resource and latency trade-offs in 5G Test Networks, supporting Multi-Access Edge Computing implementations. Salih also worked as a Data Scientist at ING Türkiye, analyzing cash management operations and loan acceptance probabilities. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and the University of Oulu.
