Lesa McLeod

Lesa McLeod, CPXP, has extensive experience in healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Content Development Specialist and previously as Director of Service Excellence and Manager of Patient Satisfaction and Customer Service at Harris Health System since June 2006, Lesa has focused on enhancing service quality and patient care. Prior experience includes a role as a teacher at Houston ISD from August 1992 to July 2007, where Lesa took on various leadership positions such as Fifth Grade Level Chairperson, Curriculum Coordinator, Lead Math Teacher, New Teacher Mentor, Mentor Instructor, and Title I Coordinator. Lesa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and pursued further education at the University of Houston - Clear Lake from 1991 to 1993.
