Andrew Ward is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end restaurant settings. Since April 2018, Andrew has held multiple leadership roles at Harrods, including Executive Chef for both Restaurants and Production, as well as Executive Sous Chef and Senior Head Chef. Prior to this, Andrew served as Chef/GM at Dean & DeLuca and Head Chef/Manager at Waitrose - Cookery School. Additional experience includes Head Chef at MARCUS WAREING RESTAURANTS LIMITED and Senior Sous Chef positions at Chez Bruce and La Trompette. Andrew began a culinary career as Chef de Partie at The Glasshouse, progressing to Junior Sous Chef. Educational credentials include training at Scarborough, Yorkshire coast college and ongoing studies at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust since May 2018.
