Drew is a passionate marketer with more than 20 years of digital experience and a track record for building results driven marketing practices – he founded Tenthwave Digital, which was acquired by Wire Stone (part of Accenture Interactive). He’s spent much of his career finding and nurturing the strategic and creative talent that helps companies grow - by adapting to disruption, exploiting technology, and harnessing changes in consumer behavior.

In addition, he’s helped the world’s leading brands unleash their potential by fostering deeper connections to their customers and incorporating digital experiences and social into the core of their operations. He’s worked with many of the world’s greatest companies/brands, including Google, Facebook, eBay, Boeing, BlackRock, HP, Microsoft, Zoetis, Duncan Hines, Snyders Lance, Campbells Soup, Prudential, and many others.

Earlier on, Drew was founder of i33 communications, which was sold to Appnet in 1999, and went public in 2001. After the bubble burst, he bought it back, renewed its commitment to creative, technology and user experience, and later sold to 360i, which became one of the world’s leading digital agencies. And if that isn’t impressive enough, he’s an award-winning designer, entrepreneur and sought-after industry expert - appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, Ad Week, The New York Times and Forbes.
