Frank Mangano

Frank Mangano is currently the COO/CFO of Havas Creative Group North America at Havas. Prior to this, they were with Havas/Euro RSCG Worldwide from 2007-2012, where they were COO & CFO of the New York office. Frank has also served as CFO for both Euro RSCG 4D and American List Corp.

Mangano is known for their quick evaluations of finance talent and processes, and their ability to streamline operations and eliminate waste. Frank guided the team at Euro RSCG Worldwide through a restructuring, and was the only finance executive to earn Havas Employee of the Year honors in 2010.

Frank Mangano's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University.
