Brandi Skaggs

Brandi Skaggs has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, at Haydon Corporation, they are building a Talent Acquisition department, focusing on leadership team development and implementing processes. Prior to Haydon, they served as the Head of Recruitment Operations at thyssenkrupp, where they contributed to the company's sales growth and developed solutions for future challenges. As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs & Projects at Colliers, Brandi demonstrated their drive and rewarded rising stars. Brandi also worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., where they collaborated with business leaders to create hiring strategies and established the company's brand. At Michael Page, they oversaw the growth and development of the Property & Construction discipline. Brandi has additional experience in recruitment consulting at Hays and Opus Career Management. Brandi began their career as an Intern at IncreMedical.

Brandi Skaggs completed their Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a major in Health Administration, from Indiana University Bloomington between the years 2009 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications over the years. These certifications include Agile HR Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community, Harvard Management Development Program from Harvard Business School, Hiring an Employee for Managers, Learning Excel 2019, and Learning Excel Online (Office 365) from LinkedIn.
