Wayne Pommen

Wayne Pommen is the current director at Hudson's Bay Company. Wayne has also previously worked as a board director at Payments Canada and IOU Financial Inc. As well as being the president and CEO of PayBright from December 2015 to January 2021, when the company was acquired by Affirm. Pommen has a long history of working in finance and helping companies grow their sales. Wayne is an expert in the field and has helped many leading retailers and brands across Canada succeed.

Dr. Wayne Pommen is the President and Vice-Chancellor of Concordia University. Wayne has a PhD from the University of Cambridge, a BA from Harvard University, and a Directors Education Program (Institute of Corporate Directors) qualification from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
