Gary Frahn

Gary Frahn is an experienced Senior Project Manager in Engineering at HBK Engineering, LLC, since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Joint Use Inspector at Avista and Lead OSP Engineer at Quanta Telecommunications Services. Frahn has also served as Director of Outside Plant Construction at Valkyrie Construction Inc, overseeing telecommunications construction activities across the western United States, and as an Outside Plant Project Manager at Zayo Group, managing fiber optic network projects in the Pacific Northwest. Earlier positions included Senior Field Engineer at AboveNet, Front Line Engineer Tier II at Sprint, and military service in the US Navy. Frahn holds a diploma in General Studies from Joel E Ferris High School.
