Arsal Khan

Arsal Khan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as AVP - Talent Acquisition at HBL Microfinance Bank LTD since November 2025. Prior to this role, Arsal held various positions at The Indus Hospital from August 2018 to November 2025, including Coordinator Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing recruitment activities and collaborating with hiring managers. Arsal also served as Assistant Manager Human Resources, focusing on workforce planning and conducting audits, and as Senior Executive Human Resources at Emirates Group for a brief period in 2018.
