Vianca Larice

Vianca Larice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication and community engagement within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Community Engagement at HCA Healthcare since April 2016, Vianca has honed expertise in strategic planning and innovation during tenure as the Director of Strategic Planning, Innovation & Research at United HomeCare from February 2008 to October 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at the Health Council of South Florida from February 1999 to February 2008. Vianca holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine (2000-2002) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Florida International University (1993-1997).
