Harsh Chalke

Harsh Chalke currently serves as Manager - Technology Project Lead at HDFC Bank since April 2022. Prior to this, Harsh held the position of Senior Manager in the Process Excellence Group at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited from December 2021 to April 2022, and worked as Associate Technology Manager at Reliance General Insurance from December 2018 to November 2021, focusing on application requirements and team coordination. Harsh's earlier experience includes a role as Software Test Engineer at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, handling user acceptance testing for various channel partners, and as a Business Analyst at Mobeserv - Finatics Technology, where responsibilities included gathering project requirements and creating documentation. Harsh holds a Postgraduate Degree in IT Projects Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Diploma in Information Technology, and has completed secondary education at St. Francis High School.
