Ashish Rathi

Ashish Rathi is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of extensive experience in capital markets, operations, risk management, and compliance functions. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Whole Time Director at HDFC Securities since September 2003, Ashish is responsible for formulating policies on risk management, anti-money laundering, and surveillance in capital markets. Prior to this role, Ashish worked at EY from August 1998 to December 2002, where responsibilities included providing audit and advisory services, participating in key audits, and delivering financial and corporate advisory services to multinational corporations. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
