David Kurten

David Kurten is a seasoned professional in the engineering sector with extensive experience at HDR since January 2008, currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Business Group Director for the East Region. Kurten has played a pivotal role in establishing HDR's Building Engineering Services, focusing on holistic project approaches that integrate various engineering systems. Previous roles include Vice President and Director of Architectural Engineering and Managing Principal of the Princeton Office, demonstrating a commitment to meaningful work that fosters positive change. Prior to HDR, Kurten worked at Siemens from May 1998 to January 2008 in various positions including Business Development Manager and Project Manager. Kurten holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from Villanova University.
