Eli Khoury

Eli Khoury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the transportation and strategic planning sectors. Since June 2010, Eli has served as the Global Strategic Initiatives Director and Senior Vice President at HDR, previously holding the position of East Region Transportation Director. Prior to this role, Eli was a Vice President at HNTB from November 2006 to May 2010, where responsibilities included leading the New York office and serving as Chief Strategic Planning Officer for the Northeast Division. Eli holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York.
