Jim Pembroke

Jim Pembroke is a seasoned professional in the water engineering sector with extensive experience in client development and project management. Since August 1992, Jim has served as Senior Vice President and Drinking Water Client Development Director at HDR, after previously holding roles as Project Manager, Business Group Lead, and Client Development Lead. Prior to HDR, Jim worked as a Project Engineer/Manager at Greeley and Hansen from February 1987 to August 1992. Jim holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Arizona State University (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines (1982-1986).
