Olga Filatova

Olga Filatova is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Headhunter Group and serves as an Advisory Board member at ITMO University while also being the Founder of People Innovations. Previously, Olga held various leadership roles in human resources at companies such as Mars, Severstal, and Mail.Ru Group, managing substantial budgets and HR teams. Olga has also contributed to academia as a Professor at the State University — Higher School of Economics. They earned a Master's degree in Strategic and Corporate Governance and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
