Joe Kirby

Joe Kirby is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as Director of Employee Communications and Engagement at Healthfirst since January 2020, Kirby drives the organization's internal communications strategy while enhancing employee connection to its mission. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Employee Communications at Dun & Bradstreet, where Kirby contributed to a team recognized as a finalist in the 2019 Gartner Communications Awards, and Manager of Internal Communications at S&P Global's Platts, where Kirby transformed communication practices and received an MHFI award.
