Sarika Abbi

Sarika Abbi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, financial security, and community empowerment. Currently serving as Interim VP and Senior Director of Innovation Strategy at Health Leads, Sarika co-leads innovative initiatives aimed at addressing health disparities through community engagement. Previous roles include Associate Director at the Aspen Institute, where Sarika spearheaded the Benefits21 Initiative to improve access to public and private benefits for financial security. At the City and County of San Francisco, Sarika developed programs to support low-income residents, and at Commonwealth, Sarika led the design of financial products to assist families in financial emergencies. With a strong educational background in International Development from New York University and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Sarika is dedicated to fostering inclusive economic solutions.
