Dean Hoppes

As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at HNL Lab Medicine, Dean Hoppes directs and controls the Finance, General Accounting, Sales Accounting, Budget, Revenue Cycle, and Accounts Payable activities; works closely with the executive management team on strategic planning, analysis, and forecasting and maintains relationships with owners and clients.

In the past, Hoppes worked in management and financial planning roles at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and Good Shepherd Penn Partners from 2008 – 2012 and was Director of Budgeting and forecasting at St. Luke’s University Health Network from 2012 – 2015. Hoppes has a B.S. in Business Administration from Kutztown University and an MBA from DeSales University.

As Dean manages the financial health of HNL Lab Medicine, he gains perspective in the outdoors, where he and his family enjoy hiking, kayaking, and entertaining family at their cabin, where they can recharge and connect.
