Omar Sheriff

Omar Sheriff is a Cyber Security Analyst at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since December 2023, bringing extensive experience in the field. Previously, Omar held positions as a Security Operations Analyst and Security Analyst at Te Whatu Ora Waikato from December 2021 to February 2024. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Network Engineer with We Network LLC for a brief period in late 2019. Omar holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security from The University of Waikato, earned between January 2020 and April 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2018.
