Alexander Fidalgo serves as the President of AFRECOVERYPROCESS since January 2021, where consulting on Recovery Coaching and Coaching Supervision is a primary focus. In addition, private coaching is provided to individuals seeking support and career transformation, along with training for prospective Recovery Coaches. Alexander's involvement with Health Resources in Action as a Trainer Associate since February 2019 complements this role. Previous experiences include Recovery Coach Supervisor at Adcare Hospital of Worcester, Recovery Coach at Open Door, and Recovery Coach Supervisor at Square One. Additionally, Alexander held the position of Recovery Coach Director at Gandara Center, specializing in trauma and substance abuse counseling.
