Healthcare company HealthPartners Inc. has named Penny Cermak as its new chief financial officer. In her role, Ms. Cermak will oversee the company’s finance, real estate and supply chain, and support its continued growth strategies.

Ms. Cermak has significant experience in finance, including working in senior roles with the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association, Advocate BroMenn Medical Center, and the Immanuel Health Center. She has spent the last eight years with Baylor Scott & White Health, most recently as executive vice president and CFO.
