Kenneth Dawson

Kenneth Dawson is a seasoned aerospace engineer with a robust background in flight dynamics and aeroelasticity. Currently serving as Principal Flight Dynamics Engineer at Heart Aerospace since September 2025, Kenneth previously held the position of Principal Aeroelasticity Engineer at Virgin Galactic from July 2015 to September 2025. Prior experience includes being Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert in Aircraft Flutter at SURVICE Engineering, as well as roles at Jacobs/TYBRIN as Team Lead and Flutter Engineer. Kenneth's career began as a Flutter Engineer at General Dynamics from 1987 to 1991. Educated at The University of Kansas, Kenneth earned a Master’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Further education includes studies at Kansas State University.
