Lauren Dean

Lauren Dean is an experienced account director currently employed at Hearts & Science since September 2022. Previously, Lauren served as a senior business manager at dentsu New Zealand, where responsibilities included coordinating client responses and overseeing media implementation for notable clients such as DB Breweries. Additionally, Lauren held roles as a business manager and associate communications planning manager at Mindshare, managing media planning and client communications for a variety of global brands. Early career experiences include working as a media assistant at the Commercial Communications Council and serving as a brand ambassador at Copper Brand Experiences. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from Victoria University of Wellington and completed a Foundations of Advertising and Media Course at Auckland University of Technology.
