Francis Ryan Ubaldo

Francis Ryan Ubaldo has extensive experience in operational resilience and security management, primarily at Heathrow since December 2007, where roles have included Operational Resilience Manager and Security Manager across various functions. Additionally, Francis holds a position as an Olio Ambassador and Food Waste Champion since September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Officer at the Metropolitan Police and as an Appointments Resource Co-ordinator at NHS. Francis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kingston University and has furthered education through the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College in emergency debriefing and other safety training programs.
