Hannes Kindbom

Hannes Kindbom is currently an Analytics Engineer at Hedvig. Prior to this, they worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Hedvig, where they used machine learning to automate customer service with a chatbot. Hannes also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Kungliga tekniska högskolan, where they held laboratory sessions and assisted students in their learning. Hannes has also served as an Administrator/Product Developer at Klarna and as Head of Marketing at Amazon.

Hannes Kindbom attended the National University of Singapore, where they earned a M.Sc. in Machine Learning. Hannes also attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they earned a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus in Optimization and Systems Theory. Lastly, they completed a Natural Science Programme at Blackebergs gymnasium.

Their manager is Akash Patel, Director of Analytics. Hannes Kindbom works with Oscar Danielsson - Business Analyst, Carl Wigow - Business Analyst.
