Heiki Strengelsrud

Heiki Strengelsrud is the Country Manager Norway at Hedvig. Prior to their current role, they were a Business Designer at Codan Forsikring and Growth Manager at Aprila Bank. Heiki has also worked as a Business Architect at DNB, where they were responsible for developing a new business model for a new growth market.

Heiki is known for their disruptive innovation, creative problem-solving, and human-centered design. Heiki has also been recognized for their work in growth, experimentation, and riskiest assumption testing. In their previous role at DNB, they upended the FinTech paradigm and developed a 'personal space platform' with people - not technology - as the disruptive force.

Heiki has a deep understanding of the Norwegian insurance market and is passionate about helping Hedvig grow in Norway. Heiki is a strong leader and an excellent communicator, and is known for their ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Heiki Strengelsrud has an MBA from IE Business School in the field of strategy and entrepreneurship, as well as a Master of Economics from BI Norwegian Business School in international business management.
