Anne Lim O'Brien

Anne Lim O'Brien serves as Vice Chairman, Global CEO & Board Practice and Global Consumer Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, a position held since April 2011. Based in New York, Anne leads the Global Consumer Products Sector and specializes in advising consumer clients, particularly at the CEO and Board levels, within Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed firms. Prior to this role, Anne was Managing Director for the Consumer sector at Russell Reynolds Associates from August 2007 to April 2011 and served as Senior Partner at Heidrick & Struggles between 1987 and 2007. Anne's career began as an Associate Consultant at PwC from 1980 to 1984. Educationally, Anne earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from New York University in 1992.
