Marjam Beke

Marjam Beke currently serves as Eigenaar at ENH Management and as an Interim Manager / Organisatie- & Verandermanager at Heijmans since September 2023, focusing on improvement trajectories and sustainable change management. Prior to these roles, Marjam was the Teammanager for Programma’s & Projecten at Liander, overseeing multiple project teams responsible for significant investment projects in Gelderland from May 2017 to August 2023. Marjam’s earlier experience includes leadership positions, such as Teamleider GVRN at Liander, where management of a technical team was required, and as Operationeel Manager at Equilar, specializing in optimizing organizational structures and processes. Marjam has a strong background in project and process management from previous roles at ArGon Groep, Actys bv, and other companies, complemented by a Master's degree in Bedrijfswetenschappen from Open Universiteit.
