Prior to HeleCloud, Ivelina was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPAM Systems and a Key Accounts Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Bulgaria. Ivelina has a wealth of knowledge in different recruiting tools and strategies. Ivelina is also an expert in developing strong candidate pipelines and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Ivelina Ivanova has a Master's Degree in Labour Market and Human Resources Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Ivelina also has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies in the Field of Employment from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
