Dob Todorov, CEO & Chief Cloud Officer, has co-founded and led many start-ups in the technology and financial services industries. With solutions architecture, security and systems engineering experience at organisations including HP, [Accenture](/org/accenture), Visa, BT Global Services and International Network Services (INS), he was subsequently employed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) as CTO for Public Sector in EMEA, and Principal Architect for Security & Compliance in EMEA. He has supported clients as diverse as central and local government, large internationals and emerging start-ups in their design and implementation of cloud solutions following AWS best practice. Dob is passionate about the opportunities for business advantage coming from technology innovation and strategic digital disruption.

In his role as CTO, Walter is primarily responsible for expanding [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud)’s technical offerings to its customers and working to attract the best AWS consultants.

Walter Heck spent the last two years as [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud)’s Netherlands CTO, where he was responsible for ensuring [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud) Netherland’s operation had the technical excellence expected of an AWS infrastructure specialist. Before joining [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud), Walter was CEO of DevOps service provider OlinData, which [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud) subsequently acquired.

Paul McCarthy, Chief Corporate Development Officer, has over 25 years’ business leadership experience in IT, systems integration, software and outsourcing services. Paul specialises in digital banking, mobile payments and cloud and has held board positions in PLCs as well as founding several successful startups. His experience includes corporate development, institutional fund raising and mergers and acquisitions. He is a founder and investor in [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud) and has led fundraising with BGF and the acquisitions of OlinData and DataStork.

Paul Mccarthy

Marty Legg is the current Head of Sales for EMEA at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Prior to this, Marty was the Managing Director of Cloud Services at SecureData from October 2013 to October 2016. In this role, Marty was responsible for developing and driving cloud services to enhance SecureData's traditional managed services, as well as developing unique intelligence-driven cyber threat detection and response services. 

SecureData is a leading network and data security company in the UK. They provide best of breed world class security and network performance solutions that optimize network performance and secure corporate data, protect corporate intellectual property, and ensure regulatory compliance whilst embracing mobility, cloud computing and consumer technologies. 

In their role as Managing Director of Cloud Services, Marty took these world class solutions and worked with the team to develop them into cloud based services that formed a strategy that led the market in enabling customers to revolutionize how they build, buy and consume IT security services. The goal was to reduce the customer's overall cost, reduce their capex cost, reduce their operational complexity, increase their agility and deliver a richer more intelligent service that delivered greater value.

Marty Legg has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the [University of Victoria](/org/university-of-victoria). Marty also has certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Nikos Terizakis is currently the Chief Delivery Officer at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Prior to this, they served as the VP Consulting at [Capgemini](/org/capgemini) from April 2013 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for customer targeting, acquisition and delivery of consulting projects, leading large technology transformations and business change initiatives, application rationalisation and legacy transformation, cost optimisation, business case development and change management. Nikos has also held the position of Product Operations Director at [TalkTalk](/org/talktalk) from August 2009 to January 2011, where they were responsible for operational product optimisation, go-to market and post-launch tuning, which delivered revenue and cost benefits circa £1.5m. Nikos was also responsible for the successful rebranding and migration of the legacy and acquired product, services and customer base portfolio, achieving 50% improvement on budgeted churn. Furthermore, Nikos delivered an improved customer acquisition and churn management strategy for AOL BB, leading to churn reduction to 1.4% per month, from an initial figure of 2.5%. This also resulted in improved customer profitability by 10% and NPS score increase by c10 points within 8 months of programme initiation.

Nikos has a proven track record in delivering results and driving change within organisations. Nikos is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans. Nikos is a strong leader with excellent communication skills. Nikos is able to build relationships with key stakeholders and motivate teams to achieve objectives.

Nikos Terizakis

Detelina Vasileva is the Deputy Head of Managed Services at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Before that, they were the Customer Care Manager at [Honeywell](/org/honeywell), where they combined the roles of Technical Account Manager, Project Manager and Scrum Master. Detelina has also worked as a Support Team Leader at Experian Decision Analytics, EMEA-SDC.

Detelina has extensive experience in helping airlines lead their fuel efficiency program using software, and in conducting product and internal trainings. Detelina has also played a key role in improving service quality and working conditions for their team members.

Detelina Vasileva has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Detelina also has a High School diploma with an English major from Nacionalna Aprilovska gimnazia. Detelina is certified in ITIL Service Management Foundation from ITCE and Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional and Associate from Oracle.

Ilko Dragoev is currently the Director of Software Engineering at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Ilko has held this position since July of 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at DataStork from February of 2018 to July of 2020. Before that, they worked as a Manager R&D at [VMware](/org/vmware) from October of 2007 to February of 2018. Ilko also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Sciant from September of 2004 to October of 2007 and as a Software Developer at Visia from January of 2003 to August of 2007.

Ivelina Ivanova is the current Head of Human Resources at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Ivelina has over 8 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Ivelina has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent for their previous companies. Prior to [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud), Ivelina was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPAM Systems and a Key Accounts Recruitment Consultant at Manpower Bulgaria. Ivelina has a wealth of knowledge in different recruiting tools and strategies. Ivelina is also an expert in developing strong candidate pipelines and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Ivelina's passion for recruiting and their dedication to their work has resulted in their being an excellent asset to any company.

Ivelina Ivanova has a Master's Degree in Labour Market and Human Resources Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Elizabeth Paul is currently the Head of Marketing at [HeleCloud](/org/helecloud). Prior to this, they were the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA at IGXGlobal, a subsidiary of [ePlus](/org/eplus) inc. Elizabeth was responsible for developing the marketing strategy at IGXGlobal with a focus on delivering incredible experiences for customers, creating a brand story and generating new business opportunities.

Elizabeth was instrumental in building the IGXGlobal brand from scratch, developing a new GTM messaging of ‘The Future Belongs to The Fast’ and a compelling visual identity spanning all online & offline media. Elizabeth also spearheaded the development of the new IGXGlobal website; reimagining the look and feel, digital content and user experience. As a result of Elizabeth’s efforts, web traffic increased by 326% & page views by 175%.

In addition, Elizabeth created the IGXGlobal customer reference programme, securing testimonials with top clients to showcase our areas of expertise. Elizabeth was also successful in securing $100k+ in Market Development Funds (MDF) from strategic vendors annually to build creative, ROI focused marketing campaigns and events.
