Anastasya Rodicheva has over a decade of experience in marketing and advertising roles. Anastasya began their career as an Advertising Manager at Creative Initiatives in 2007 before moving on to work as an Account Manager at Novacia in 2008. Anastasya then joined TBWA\\Ukraine as a Senior Account Manager/Account Director, where they led a group of top agency clients and added new clients to the portfolio. In 2011, they joined THINKMcCANN Kiev as an Account Director/Group Account Director, leading the biggest tobacco clients and managing a separate team.
In 2017, Anastasya became the Head of Marketing and PR at SANAHUNT Luxury Department Store, where they implemented various marketing and activation strategies, reformed multiple departments, and developed collaboration schemes with brands to optimize marketing budgets. Anastasya continued their career as the Head of Premium Projects at DIM group in 2019 and is currently working as the Head of Marketing at Helen - Marlen, where they are responsible for defining long-term strategies, creating seasonal marketing plans, and developing activation and sales plans for revenue growth. Throughout their career, Anastasya has consistently achieved positive results, won creative and strategic pitches, and maintained strong relationships with clients.
Anastasya Rodicheva received a Master's degree in Sociology of Management and Public Relations from the Inter-regional Academy of Personnel Management, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
