Jacqueline Siebens

Jacqueline Siebens is a seasoned professional in the field of public affairs and nuclear security, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs at Helion since June 2023 and a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council since August 2020. Siebens holds a board member position at the Foundation for Nuclear Studies and has previous experience as Director of Policy and External Affairs at Oklo Inc. and as a board member of the International Nuclear Security Forum. Additional roles include Senior Policy Advisor and Policy Advisor at Third Way and various positions at The Stimson Center. Siebens completed a Master’s degree in International Relations and Nuclear Security at North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2017.
