Eugenia Boafo is a seasoned Compliance and HR leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Regional Compliance Officer at Helios Towers since March 2010. Demonstrating expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and building governance frameworks, Eugenia champions ethical business practices while driving safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives as Head of SHEQ. Previous roles include directing HR strategy for the Ghana business and serving as HR Manager at Reime Ghana Limited.
