Uzodinma Ezenwa

Uzodinma Ezenwa serves as the Group Head of Engineering at Helios Towers since August 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President Power & Operations at Frontier Tower Associates Philippines from July 2022 to August 2025 and Key Accounts Director at American Tower from June 2015 to July 2022, alongside various managerial positions in fuel and revenue management. Uzodinma's career began with Ericsson, where responsibilities included program management and customer project management for passive infrastructure operations. Further project management experience spans multiple companies, covering telecommunications, energy efficiency, and infrastructure projects, with notable contributions to major networks in Nigeria. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and advanced management programs from Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
