Stefano Menti

Stefano Menti is the current Director of Growth at Helix. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Growth Manager at Facebook from May 2015 to June 2016. In this role, they managed two teams: product growth and BI & Analytics. Stefano was responsible for strategic insights for the business and operational excellence within the team.

Before Facebook, Stefano worked at Google for over four years from October 2010 to April 2015. Stefano was the Global lead for Cloud SMB & Online Sales and was responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of the team. Stefano also designed, created and maintained operational metrics and customer dashboards. In addition, they built relationships with customers and partners globally and provided Business Intelligence support to the Global go to market team.

Stefano Menti has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor and Master in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.

They work with Sharoni Jacobs - Senior Director of Product, Science, Marc Laurent - VP, Partnerships and Operations, and Daniel Lee - SVP, Life Sciences & Growth. Stefano Menti reports to James Lu, Co-Founder & CEO.
