Amelia Gould

Amelia Gould is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the defense and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Helsing since August 2022 and as a Fellow at the Forward Institute since February 2020, Amelia previously held various senior positions at BAE Systems, including Portfolio Director for Naval Ships Combat Systems, overseeing a significant project portfolio and a workforce of 1,000. Amelia has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Actica Consulting and contributed to the Thameslink Programme as a contractor for EDF Energy. A former Weapons Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy, Amelia holds an M.Eng. Hons degree from the University of Oxford and multiple additional qualifications in management and engineering, including the IET Chartered Engineer designation and Fellow status in Systems Engineering.
