Luke Callaway possesses extensive experience in technology and market development within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Senior Executive Manager at Hendrickson since February 2014, Luke manages engineering, marketing, and product management activities across multiple regions, including Australia, Japan, and South Africa. Previous roles at Hendrickson include Executive Manager of Engineering and Manager of Technical & Engineering Services, with a strong emphasis on product strategy and validation. Prior to Hendrickson, Luke worked at Wirth Research as a Research & Development Engineer and Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, where notable projects involved design upgrades and simulator development. Luke’s engineering career began at the Australian Road Research Board, and academic credentials include an ongoing Master of Business Administration and two Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University and the University of California, Berkeley.
