Responsibilities include overseeing a multi-plant materials organization, focusing on inventory investment and logistics efficiency, alongside strategic leadership in capacity management and MRP optimization. Prior roles at Hendrickson involved managing supply chains, capacity planning, and customer service, showcasing a strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments. Randy began a career at General Electric as an Assistant Business Team Lead, supporting operations across multiple departments. Education includes a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
