Jenny Schiavone is currently the VP of Corporate Communication at Henkel. Jenny has over 20 years of experience in public relations and corporate communications.

Jenny started their career as an adjunct professor at New York University, where they taught a course in Critical Business Skills. Jenny then moved on to DuPont, where they were the Head of Global Public Affairs. During their time at DuPont, they were responsible for media relations, crisis management, financial communications, science communications and sustainability PR.

Amid a significant restructuring, mega-merger, and spin-offs, Jenny developed and implemented a new public affairs organizational structure. Jenny also managed rapid change, devising internal and external communication strategies associated with restructuring, key merger-related disclosures and significant executive leadership changes. Jenny advised senior management on financial communications strategies and initiated brand transition associated with spin-offs.

Jenny is an expert in crisis management and has a deep understanding of the financial communications landscape. Jenny is a strategic thinker who is able to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Jenny Schiavone has a certificate in disruptive strategy from Harvard Business School Online and a bachelor of arts (B.A.) in communications - PR and broadcasting from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.

They are on a team with Alan Wolpert - Corporate SVP & Regional Head, Laundry & Home Care North America, Nicolas Krauss - Global Head, Industrials and Electronics & Regional Head, Adhesive Technologies Americas, and Frank Steinert - SVP, Head of Human Resources North America.
