Bethany Young

Bethany Young is a skilled marketing professional with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at Henry Community Health since April 2023, Bethany previously held positions such as Orr Fellow at Orr Fellowship for two years and Campaign Coordinator at Lev, where responsibilities included implementing email campaigns and managing client communication using Agile methodology. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at Great American Insurance Group, HR/Recruiting Intern, and Barista at Starbucks. Bethany began marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Xavier Connex, contributing content across various platforms, and further developed organizational skills as a Summer Assistant for Montgomery County 4-H Inc. and as a Student Lead for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. Bethany holds a degree from Xavier University, completed in 2021.
