Michael Carter

Michael Carter, Ed.D., is an experienced consultant and leader in higher education and non-profit sectors, currently serving as President of mhCarter Consulting since July 2013. The role involves providing executive coaching, business consulting, and IT and security consulting services. Additionally, Michael is an active member of the Board of Trustees Finance and Investment Committees at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital. Previous positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Southwestern Law School, Chief Advisor for Digital Media Development at the Golden Globe Awards, and Chief Operating Officer at California Institute of the Arts. Michael holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from UCLA and an MBA in Business Management and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
