Ronald N. South

Mr. South joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2008, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. He is a Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee.

A certified public accountant, Mr. South has more than 30 years of domestic and international experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and strategic planning. Previously Mr. South served as Henry Schein’s Vice President, Corporate Finance since 2008 and Chief Accounting Officer since 2013, responsible for the Company's internal and external financial reporting and corporate tax functions. Prior to joining Henry Schein, he held leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he served as Vice President, Finance, for the Cardiovascular and Metabolic business lines, as well as Vice President, Controller, for its U.S. Pharmaceutical Division, and Vice President, Corporate General Auditor. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, he served as North American Director of Corporate Audit at PepsiCo, and held several roles of increasing responsibility with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advised clients located in the United States, Europe, and Latin America on domestic and international business transactions.

Mr. South earned bachelor's degrees in accounting and business administration from Illinois State University.
