Matthias S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and platform management. Currently serving as the Head of ServiceNow Platform Management and Head of IT Service Integration and Management at HENSOLDT since September 2019, Matthias S. has previously held roles focused on service integration and IT service management. Prior experience includes leadership as Teamhead of Digital Workplace Infrastructure and Services and Technical Operations Manager at ZEISS Group from February 2012 to August 2019.
